Phil Regan

Phil Regan is a Partner at Hutker Architects and Managing Principal of the MV office. He has been an active advocate for youth sports on the island for over 25 years. Phil has served on the boards of the Sherriff's Meadow Foundation and the MV Museum, and is a founding member of The Cottage City Historic District Commission. Phil grew up on Martha’s Vineyard and received a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Miami. He lives in Oak Bluffs with his wife Debbie, also an islander, and their three children.
